  I have been to the salon 3-4 times in every 6 months to do the permanent straightening to my hair. Initially, it was Reema who did the hair and I was kind of OK even though I was not fully satisfied. The only reason I have been going to the same place was because I could not find any other salon which does permanent straightening as most of the salons do Keratin treatment. Every time I realized that they are very unprofessional except for few girls who are nice and friendly. This time , I decided it was the last time with Salon Femina. I made the appointment with Reema 2 weeks earlier to do my hair and that time the girl who answered the phone confirmed that Reema will be doing it. And just one day before the appointment Reema called me to confirm the appointment. When I asked whether she would do my hair, she said she can't do it as she is pregnant ( 12 weeks) and a girl whose name starts with R (I'm not familiar with Indian names) would do it. And on the day I went to salon, a very junior girl started doing it. When I inquired about it, she said the girl named R would come soon as she is busy with another client. And the owner Reema didn't even bother to explain me the situation. Finally she came to do my hair cut, where she was completely, completely careless. The salon seems to be quite busy on Saturdays but then they should hire more staff. People have to wait so long to get their things done even though they have made bookings. I'm very disappointed specially about the owner and I will never recommend this place to anyone.
